The Valley of Love is a park with a lake and gardens on Mai Anh Dao street, about 5 km north of Da Lat's centre. It is open daily from the morning until 17:00 (MoMo says from 7:00, others from 7:30). Sources give the house number as 3-5-7 or 7; Google Maps shows 3-5-7.
