An old apartment block on the pedestrian street Nguyen Hue, whose floors hold coffee shops, tea rooms, bars and shops. The entrance is to the left of the Fahasa bookshop on the ground floor; the lift costs a fee, which some cafes refund when you order. Most places are open during the day and bars later in the evening, so each has its own hours.
