Madam Khanh – The Banh Mi Queen

Hoi An, ~30 km (about 45 min) from central Da Nang. A bánh mì shop at 115 Trần Cao Vân, north of the old town. Per the Vietnam Airlines guide, there are five versions — mixed, vegetarian, pork and ham, chicken and fried egg. Open daily 6:30–19:00 — the hours match in the guide and on Google Maps.
