The phone 0979 793 906 is the same on Google Maps and in the Mia guide; Maps shows it open 24 hours. The guide also names two more points — 90 Huynh Thuc Khang and 5 Nguyen Dinh Chieu in Phu Hai — but they haven't been confirmed recently, so call before you go.
