A large gym with yoga inside the Co.opmart shopping centre at 124 Lê Hồng Phong. Besides machines there are over forty yoga classes a week from beginner to advanced (some taught by teachers from India), dance and Pilates, saunas, lockers and a café. A long-running large sports club in the lane at 75 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai: a gym plus yoga and Zumba rooms. The hall is open-air with fans — not hot in the morning and evening. The lane is narrow with a kerb, so get out of the car on the main street.
