Viettel store on Hùng Vương

Viettel's own customer service store in central Da Nang, at 95 Hùng Vương, near Han Market. This is the operator's service office: they issue and replace SIM cards here, not just sell phones (the Viettel Store shops on Lê Duẩn, Điện Biên Phủ and Tôn Đức Thắng mostly sell devices). Google Maps shows it opening at 7:30. Foreigners need a passport to buy a SIM; Viettel also sells tourist SIMs and eSIMs at tourist.viettel.vn.
