Duc An Old House (Hoi An)
Hoi An, ~30 km (about 45 min) from central Da Nang. An old house at 129 Tran Phu that was once the Duc An bookshop and later a traditional medicine shop. Sources give different ages: VinWonders says it was built in 1830, Mytour says «over 180 years». According to VinWonders it is open daily 8:00–21:00; it is on the Old Town ticket list (mia.vn, 2026). Google Maps lists +84 905 408 850.
