What to bring home from Nha Trang and where to buy it: coffee, cashews and spices at supermarkets with price tags, souvenirs and dried seafood at Dam Market and the night market, pearls from registered shops, Vietnamese clothing brands in the malls.
Coffee, cashews and spices are easiest at a supermarket — Lotte Mart, WinMart, GO!: the price is on the tag, no haggling. Souvenirs, dried seafood and fruit are at Dam Market by day and the night market by the seafront in the evening, where you haggle. For pearls and jewellery, go to shops with a company name and a fixed address, such as Long Beach Pearl or the PNJ chain. Local clothing brands — Couple TX, MARC, Khatoco — are sold in the malls and on central streets.

Where can I buy coffee in Nha Trang?
At a supermarket: Lotte Mart on 23/10 street, Lotte Mart in the Gold Coast mall, or WinMart on the second floor of Vincom on the seafront. They also have cashews, spices and sweets, with price tags and no haggling. Dam Market sells coffee too, but prices there are negotiated. What can I buy at Dam Market and the night market?
Dam Market is the central covered market in a lotus-shaped building on Phan Bội Châu: food, clothes, souvenirs and dried seafood over several floors, open roughly 5:00–18:30. The night market by the Trần Phú seafront runs in the evenings until 22:00: souvenirs, clothes, shoes and street food. Where can I buy pearls in Nha Trang?
In shops with a company name and a permanent address. Long Beach Pearl is at 3 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai in the tourist quarter, with a second showroom at 11 Trương Hán Siêu; the brand belongs to An Ngọc Tâm company. The PNJ jewellery chain also sells pearl jewellery — at Gold Coast, Vincom on Lê Thánh Tôn and Lotte Mart on 23/10. We don’t judge whether pearls are genuine: ask the shop for a receipt with the company name. Don’t buy pearls from street stalls or “today only” discounts. Where can I buy clothes?
Vietnamese brands are in the centre and the malls. Couple TX is at 41 Lý Tự Trọng, roughly 9:00–22:00. MARC (womenswear) is at Gold Coast and 65 Thái Nguyên, 9:00–21:30. Khatoco (menswear) is at 80C Quang Trung, from 8:30. Nike, Adidas and Crocs trainers are at Supersports in the GO! mall (formerly Big C) on 19 Tháng 5. How do I avoid overpaying?
