A 24-hour ATM of VRB — the Vietnam–Russia joint-venture bank — in its own glass booth at 05 Phạm Văn Đồng, by the Mường Thanh Viễn Triều towers in the north of Nha Trang. VRB's website says Russian Mir cards can be used to withdraw cash at the bank's ATMs nationwide.
