How can I check that an agency holds a licence?
Find the company in the national register of tour operators, quanlyluhanh.vn: you can search by legal entity name or by licence number, and pick the province “Khánh Hoà” — Khánh Hòa licence numbers start with “56-”. The register shows the name, address, licence number and date. The brand name on a website may differ from the legal entity — ask the agency which company holds the licence.
The agency on Telegram or its website does not name a company — is that normal?
It is a reason to ask. Many Russian-language agencies show only messengers on their website and do not name the legal entity or licence number. We do not list such agencies without confirmation in the register. Ask for the company name and licence number before you pay and check them in the register.
What is the difference between an "international" and a "domestic" licence?
The register splits licences into international (lữ hành quốc tế) and domestic (lữ hành nội địa). Each card states the licence type per the register. Which one your trip needs is not something we assess — ask the company.
Why no prices or ratings in the cards?
Excursion prices change by season and group size and go out of date quickly, and "the best agency" cannot be verified from public sources. We show what can be checked: who the company is, where it is, how to reach it and what the register says.
What if the address or phone on a card does not match the website?
It happens: the register shows a registered address, Google Maps an office, the website a messenger. When the data differ we show all the variants and where each comes from. Call or message on Zalo or WhatsApp before your trip and ask where you will be met.
